Beware, Machine Age

The extremity reaches the top,
Before every final downfall.
As man breathes the last,
Before the death's final call.
When limit crosses the boundary,
Then comes the fall of all.

Who were themselves animals,
Mercilessly kill own ancients.
Shades which provided shelters,
Cut to increase payments.
Rivers with life giving tales,
Bound in our selfish restraints.

Females once idols of worship,
Presented as models of business.
Children earlier taught epics,
Exposed to relentlessness.
Elders known for experienced clips,
Thrown out for age weaknesses.

Understand the dangerous warnings,
Or will be drowned in the dark ocean.
Don't end the beautiful beginnings,
Which arose the wrong passions?
Can you see your efforts burning?
And land up in lamentations.

Dreaming the Past

Sometimes that past overpowers

Takes me back in those memories

Those lovely days and that face

Enjoying every flying moment

While the time passed by

Wanted to hold those moments

But grabbed so tight

That it slipped away angrily

Want to go back in that phase

When I wished life to stop

And give me time to mesmerize

Whenever that past hovers around

I love to close my eyes

And live in that dream world for a while

Let's Make Him a Human Being

Root lies in his mind

We punish the body

His aim already set

We don't understand

He succeeds, we suffer

We succeed, he suffers

No resolution to this

Till we reach the root

Pull out from deep soil

Germs entangled to it

Clear it with thoughts

Contemplate on his mind

Understand his situation

Hold his hand once

Show the human world

Visualize the colored life

Not a murdered sight

How satisfying is laughter

Than the other world

People wriggling in pain

If we could think this

We humanize a terrorist

Poverty versus Prosperity

Difference only a little

One nude due to scarcity

Other fed up of prosperity

One crying due to pain

Other of spoilt brain

One presenting modern

Other thrown into drain

How difficult to assume!

But they are one

Species of one blood

Species of one name

Most sensitive on earth

Calls himself man

Where is the God

Who called us brothers?

Gave the rich all feathers

Struggle for the poor

And rest for others

Where is the justice?

Our faith turning brittle.

Fission and Fusion: The Nuclear Confusion

Enough is accumulated

To destroy human beings

The mark of our existence

Presence of all living things

It’s scientist’s prediction

If bombed fifteen times

Bring complete destruction

In bombardment of first line

Gathering nuclear weapons

Man shows his powers

But wasting money in tons

Calls death’s final showers

Nowhere to hide on the earth

Poison to cover atmosphere

All achievements in dearth

Is it for this, you dare?

The Untrodden Path

Everyone pursuing engineering

Others preparing for doctorate

I engaged with literature

Still, achieved the highest.

Cross the traditional line

And make the world shine

Can go higher in privates

Have guts to prove different

Deviated from trodden one

But recognized by everyone

Follow this path, my friend

And achieve your ambition.
